What kind of processors and OS supported?
    You can see terms listed below near the product description, they describes supported OS versions and processor:
    MIPS - PocketPC 2000 with MIPS processor
    ARM - PocketPC 2000/2002 with ARM processor
    XSCALE- PocketPC 2000/2002 with XScale processor
    ARM/XSCALE - supports both ARM and XScale processors at PocketPC 2000/2002
    2003 ARM - PocketPC 2003 with ARM processor
    2003 XSCALE- PocketPC 2003 with XScale processor
    2003 ARM/XSCALE - supports both ARM and XScale processors at PocketPC 20032
    PC - desktop computers with x386-compatible processor and MS Windows 2000/XP OS
Do I need de-install demo version?
    Yes, we recommend de-install demo version before installing the full version.
Can I install the purchased game to multiply devices
    No, you need to buy separate copy for each device, because the registration process is device-depended.
How to download demo?
    To download the demo, click "Download Demo" or go product detail page.
    Then find the buttons with versions supported at the bottom.
    Download will start automatically after you select the button.
 How to download full version?
    To download the full version, you need do logon first.
    Then go "My Downloads" page and find the section with game you want to download.
    Then find the version you need and select it - download will start automatically.
    Note: you need to buy this product first ;-)
 What difference between demo and full version?
    Demo has some limitations against the full version depending on the product or version.
    Usually that is time limit or levels limit.
 Purchase and Registration
 How to buy games?
    First, you need to select products you want to buy.
    To select product, click the button "Buy for ..." near the product description.
    You will see selected items in the cart at right page side in the cart frame.
    To delete item from the cart, click cross icon near the item description.
    When products selected press "Checkout" below cart frame.
    This will put you to the quick registration and confirmation form.
    After submitting this form you will get to the payment page.
    Finalizing the payment, don't forget to press "Complete purchase and notify XI-ART" at the end.
    This will complete your purchase and put you directly to the "My Downloads" page, where you can download the full versions.
    Additionally you will get two e-mail notes: 1st with your account logon information and 2nd with purchase information and activate instructions.
What is the Serial Number?
    Serial Number is the alpha-numeric char sequence (example: A0B1-C2D3-E4F5-Z6Y7)
    It is allow you to register your product online or directly from your device
    But some product does not require Serial Number or registration.

What is the Activation Code?
    Activation Code is the alpha-numeric char sequence with length 8, 16 or 32 chars (example: A0B1C2D3E4F5G6I7J7K8L9M0N1O2P3Q4)
    It is depends on your Device ID, Serial Number and product

What is the Device ID?
    Device ID is the alpha-numeric char sequence with length 8, 16 or 32 chars (example: P3Q43E4F58L9A0B1CG6I7J7K2DM0N1O2)
    That is hardware identificator of your device.
    You can find it ONLY at registration page of the product.

How to register product?
  • For products released before March 2004:

      • 1st way, recommended.
        Put your device in to the cradle to allow it to communicate with Internet.
        Run the game at your PDA device and then input your Serial Number in the bottom input field
        And then press "Get Activation Code via Internet."

      2nd way (If your device can not communicate with Internet even standing in the cradle).
        Go http://www.xi-art.com/register_product.jsp
        Select device platform
        Select product name
        Fill up the Serial Number and Device ID.
        Be careful, don't mistype your Device ID, you will not able to change it later without our assistance.
        Press Submit button to get Activation Code.

        Note: Going this way you will need to type the Activation Code manually into the top input field on the registration page when game starting. Be careful, don't mistype it.


  • For products released after March 2004:

        Select AUTO mode
        Type in your Serial Number
        And then press "Activate"

        Fill up the Serial Number and Device ID.
        Be careful, don't mistype your Device ID, you will not able to change it later without our assistance.

        Run the game

        Select MANUAL mode
        Type in your Activation Code
        And then press "Activate"

        Note: Going this way you will need to type the Activation Code manually into the top input field on the registration page when game starting. Be careful, don't mistype it.


    Hundango, PocketGear and other off-site vendor's buyers
     I purchased the game before October 2003 and I do not have Serial Number
      Just e-mail us with attached purchase information or exact purchase date.


    I can not re-download the full version
     You can download the full version directly from XI-ART site:
      Go www.xi-art.com and do register
      Submit your Serial Number at the page "My purchases"
      Go "My Downloads" to get full version


    I lost my order/registration info
      Just e-mail us with attached purchase information or exact purchase date.


    Where is my Serial Number?
      You can find the serial number near the text "Registration Key", "Registration Code" and so on.
      It should be in format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

    Problems
     My device hangs up
      The problem is MS Windows Mobile 2003 OS version.
        You need to download version for 2003 ARM/XSCALE processor.


      The problem is the wrong activation code.
        This may happen if you have got the Activation Code from the page http://www.xi-art.com/register_product.jsp.
        At this page you need to input the device id manually - it is high risk to mistype it.
        If you mistyped at least one symbol the problem will happens surely.
        There way to register correctly is to use the registration mechanism embedded in to the game self.

        Note: never use Activation Code from other product or other device.


    Game exits after selecting any menu item
      The problem is MS Windows Mobile 2003 OS version.
        You need to download version for 2003 ARM/XSCALE processor.


    Game exits after some time
      The problem is the wrong activation code (see above).


    I changed my device and cannot re-register
    I changed my device and game not working
      Just e-mail us with your Serial Number and product name.
      We will reset your registration records and then you will able to re-register game again.
